1) About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of all digital products and services provided by Aly Khairuddin / RECLAIM Global (“we”, “us”, “our”), including:

By purchasing or accessing our products/services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Educational use only (not medical advice, not therapy)

Medical and Health Disclaimer
All Our content (including any PDFs, course lessons, videos, downloads, emails, and calls) is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

It is not:

Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

A substitute for advice from your GP/consultant/physiotherapist/registered dietitian or other qualified healthcare professional

Psychotherapy, counselling, or mental health treatment

You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before acting on any information provided, particularly if you have (or suspect you have) a medical condition, are taking medication, have injuries, are pregnant/postnatal, or have any symptoms requiring clinical assessment.

3) Exercise and physical activity: assumption of risk

Voluntary participation
Any exercise, mobility work, Pilates, strength training, or physical guidance is undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk.

You are responsible for your own safety
You are responsible for ensuring that:

You are medically and physically able to participate

You use proper form and appropriate loads/resistance

You stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort

You have a safe environment and suitable equipment when following any workout or video

Limitation regarding injury
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from or connected with your participation in physical activity or reliance on our educational content.

4) Access period (12 months)

Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, your purchase includes 12 months of access to the course platform and included materials starting from the date of purchase.

We may update or replace content over time. Access is to the course as provided during your active access period.

5) Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at checkout.

6) Delivery of digital content

On successful payment, you will receive access instructions via email and/or immediate access inside the platform.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check spam/junk folders.

7) Refunds, cancellations, and consultations (digital content + services)

7.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (digital products)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the Menopause Clarity Protocol Course and associated digital materials (“Digital Products”).

If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will refund the amount paid minus any 1:1 consultation fee as set out in Section 7.3 (if applicable).

7.2 Immediate access and delivery (digital content)

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you may receive immediate access to digital content (including course access, PDFs, and video materials).

7.3 Order bump consultation (1:1 session) and deduction from refunds

If you purchase a 1:1 consultation (including as an order bump), it is treated as a service.

If you request a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee:

If the consultation has already taken place (in full or in part), the consultation fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you miss the consultation (no-show), the consultation fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.

Rescheduling: you may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

7.4 Exceptions and technical issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing the Digital Products, contact us and we will work to resolve it. Where we cannot reasonably resolve an access issue, we may provide a refund or an alternative remedy.

8) Order bump: 1:1 consultation (60 minutes)

If you purchase the optional Call:

Duration: 60 minutes (unless otherwise stated at checkout)

Booking: You must book using the link/instructions provided after purchase

Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice

Late cancellations/no-shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are forfeited and non-refundable (unless we agree otherwise in writing)

Scope: The Call is educational coaching and general guidance only (see Section 2). It is not medical treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, or a substitute for clinical care.

9) Results disclaimer

We do not guarantee any particular results. Outcomes vary based on your individual health status, consistency, lifestyle, and other factors outside our control.

10) Intellectual property and permitted use

All materials are owned by us (or our licensors) and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

Use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only

You may not:

Share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or upload the materials (or any portion) to others

Record, republish, or commercially exploit calls, videos, PDFs, or lessons

Provide login access to any other person

We reserve the right to suspend access for breach of this section without refund.

11) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the platform in a way that disrupts service or security

Attempt to access areas you are not authorised to access

Harass, abuse, or threaten us or other users

12) Limitation of liability (general)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim connected with the products/services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product/service.

13) Governing law and jurisdiction (England and Wales)

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
